What time should I eat breakfast? By John Poothullil   The question is first of all what is breakfast? We are breaking the fast. It can be any time. It doesn't have to be in the morning. Whatever time the first mean you are breaking the fast so first meal.   It is when you are hungry, then okay. It is not when you wake up at six o'clock seven o'clock. No, if you are not hungry you have no business of eating.   That is what people say. You know if I say the first breath you take in the morning is the most important breath. Will that make any difference?   If you say you put gasoline in your car first thing in the morning. These are making no difference, it is not what time you put it in it. Matter is how much of that you use and when you need it. That’s why you have the sensation of hunger.

What does your body need when you are hungry? By John Poothullil   What does your body need when you are hungry? Suppose I take you to a buffet for lunch, how would you choose based on what those looks appearance or based on your previous experience you enjoy it?   Right how many will you take the standard Chinese buffet 100 items. How many will you choose just give me a number for you and sit down you enjoy it.   [3 and 4]   Suppose I take you back to the same buffet in the evening, will you take exactly the same three or four?   Why?   If you enjoyed it for lunch, why can't you enjoy it for supper?   Why do you need a variety because the nutrients that you absorb from lunch have not been used, but your brain knows based on previous experience what other foods contains the nutrients the body needs at that time.   Because new nutrient deficiency have has been reported to the brain.   How much carbohydrate should I eat compared to protein and fat? By Dr. John Poothullil If you look at the Peoples of Alaska, they never grow any grains. They go months at a time for whale hunting. What do they eat blubber.  What are they consist of protein and fat they survive fine. They hardly had type 2 diabetes until they start eating bread, meat products. So if we can bring it down, reduce the carbohydrate intake to about 30% then we can mix and match the ratio of protein to fat. Keep in mind the total energy intake is also important because if you do not have the storage capacity if you have inherited a storage capacity of only 10 pounds this is ancestral when you fill that up you are setting yourself to be a diabetic.

Insulin & Medications that Release Insulin in the Body are Troublemakers In India, right now, we have 61 million people with type 2 diabetes 30% of the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetics are between the ages 36 and 40. And this is common, because everywhere in the world, the same thing is happening. The incidence of type 2 diabetes is increasing and the person affected is getting younger and younger. Why according to the experts, the insulin resistance is the cause of type II diabetes?  We all know that insulin resistance is not a contagious disease. How can it come up all over the world unless human beings are evolving to become resistant? And that is in my opinion. Why do I say that? I say that because the concept of insulin resistance itself has never been validated. The scientific concept can be validated either through logic or mechanism preferably both and then it is supported by measurement. Let us look at the logic, there are 200 different types of cell in the body ...
