What time should I eat breakfast? By John Poothullil

The question is first of all what is breakfast?

We are breaking the fast. It can be any time. It doesn't have to be in the morning. Whatever time the first mean you are breaking the fast so first meal.

It is when you are hungry, then okay. It is not when you wake up at six o'clock seven o'clock. No, if you are not hungry you have no business of eating.

That is what people say. You know if I say the first breath you take in the morning is the most important breath. Will that make any difference?

If you say you put gasoline in your car first thing in the morning. These are making no difference, it is not what time you put it in it. Matter is how much of that you use and when you need it. That’s why you have the sensation of hunger.
