How much carbohydrate should I eat compared to protein and fat? By Dr. John Poothullil

If you look at the Peoples of Alaska, they never grow any grains. They go months at a time for whale hunting. What do they eat blubber.  What are they consist of protein and fat they survive fine.

They hardly had type 2 diabetes until they start eating bread, meat products.

So if we can bring it down, reduce the carbohydrate intake to about 30% then we can mix and match the ratio of protein to fat.

Keep in mind the total energy intake is also important because if you do not have the storage capacity if you have inherited a storage capacity of only 10 pounds this is ancestral when you fill that up you are setting yourself to be a diabetic.
